This is the "after"

Poor thing was skin and bones.....this was the day after, or rather later that day....she had em at 4 am.  I'm glad I knew before hand that they were going to come out dark, otherwise I would have died.  They get lighter every day.  They are about two weeks old now and they are almost to the right color now, I'll take some more recent ones soon.
